Levels 1-3 are the only part of this lane you own, so press them hard. Your long auto range and the Lightslinger double-tap mean you can land a Piercing Light then two shots before Rumble even has Flamespitter heat or his W shield up. Step in, Q through him for the double-shot, and back out of Flamespitter range before the burn ticks. The whole danger is his E harpoon: if it lands it slows you, you sit in the flame carpet, and a trade you should win flips. Bait that harpoon, dodge it, then commit.
