Sejuani is an immobile tank with no early gap-closer until her E charge, so levels 1-3 are pure abuse for me. I cast Piercing Light, then fire the Lightslinger double-tap into her before she has the stats or Permafrost stacks to answer — my level 2 trade alone chunks a tank who can only walk up and take it. The one thing to respect is her E Arctic Assault: if she charges in and lands the Permafrost stun on a fresh Frost stack she can flip a trade, so I hold Relentless Pursuit to dash out of the charge rather than burning it to chase. Trade at Q range, weave Ardent Blaze for the speed, and never sit still long enough for her to build a stun.
