The catch with Ambessa is her mobility eats your whole kite plan: a normal melee walks into your Dream Dust burn, but she dashes through your E Swirlseed and weaves around your Q sweetspot, so your stacking move speed never opens the gap it normally would. At 2-3 you do get a real window — layer the Q outer edge with the E slow to start the DoT and stack speed, but only chip when her dashes are on cooldown, because if she has her combo up she trades back harder than you can burn.
