You have only Q armor-shred and a single rank of W heal, so do not stand for the tornado and do not contest CS inside his E-dash range. Concede a few minions, last-hit with Q from max distance, and survive to 6 — a clean tornado all-in here can simply kill you before your sustain or ranged form exists.
