Do not contest a single trade. Last-hit from the very tip of your Q, give up CS rather than step into her shuriken or Q line, and hug your turret. If she dashes in, your only answers are Q to slow and W move speed to peel away — use them to disengage, not to fight. Note her Q is your one reliable poke back, but it shreds armor and MR, so save it to space her off you rather than to start a fight you lose.
