I out-range and out-bully him at every one of the first levels — Kennen has no blind and no dash, so when he walks up to last-hit I fire Shock Blast (Q) through Acceleration Gate (E) at his step-up and he can't trade it back. At 2-3 the gate-boosted orb hits full range and damage, and my Cannon-Q into the stance-swap (first hit shreds Armor and MR) into Hammer To-the-Skies and Lightning Field chunks him for free. Dodge his Thundering Shuriken (Q) so he never starts a Mark of the Storm stack on me, and don't let him farm comfortably — every CS he takes should cost him health.
