Levels 1-2 are your window: take Cannon Q and chip him with Shock Blast every time he walks up to a minion, because before he has Drunken Rage (W) his Barrel Roll poke costs him health and his empowered-auto heal isn't online to out-sustain it. Do NOT sit in melee form here. The catch is his level 3: once he has Barrel Roll, Drunken Rage damage reduction and Body Slam (E), he can tank your accelerated gate-Q and dash on top of you, and his empowered auto out-trades you if you brawl.
