Jax's early game is about denying your kegs and punishing the gap. He can walk onto a freshly placed Powder Keg and auto it down before it arms, and his Q-leap closes on you whenever your barrel is dead and your E is on cooldown. Don't place a keg he can free-hit, and never throw a Parrrley into his auto range while Counter Strike is up — he dodges the shot and every auto around it, then reactivates for the stun. Last-hit with Parrrley at max range, eat a little poke, and respect that levels 1-3 you have almost no all-in and his leap is always looming.
