Sejuani trades better than most tanks early because her Frost stacks and W slow bleed the move speed you rely on to chase Vitals. Even so, levels 1-3 are yours: bait her Arctic Assault (Q) dash and parry it — or a Permafrost stun — with Riposte to stun her, then land your Q into E Bladework for the guaranteed crit and a max-HP Vital before her armor exists. Don't dive in while you already carry Frost stacks; if she detonates Permafrost (E) for a stun while you're animation-locked in Bladework, that's her one real punish window this early.
