At level 1 I have only one ability and no poison-stacking yet, so I last-hit with the tail of Noxious Blast and do not overcommit. The moment I have Q and E at level 2 I prime her with poison and chain Twin Fang resets — she literally cannot run because Noxious Blast hands me free move speed on champion hit and she has no escape. Every percent of HP I take here is HP she needs to survive to her scaling.
