By 2-3 you have the Q-into-E loop online: prime him with Noxious Blast, then Twin Fang refunds itself and you out-trade him before his Q-slam combo can chain. Save W as your trump card — the instant he steps up or E-dashes to commit, drop Miasma to ground the dash and slow him, then walk away ticking poison.
