From level 2 his E1 dash into E2 chain-pull stun is the trap: if it lands while your W is on cooldown, his Q/W drain combo heals through your poke and chunks you. Last-hit with the tip of your Q, let Spirit Abjuration spirits drift back and heal you, and only fire Q when you can immediately recast it to pull the curse back through him and disengage before he can dash on you.
