Mundo has one of the safest level 1s but he's slow, dashless, and has no W toggle sustain online yet, so your edge is pure range. Last-hit with Q and chip him with the passive second shot whenever his cleaver (Q) is on cooldown — every cleaver he throws costs him HP, so make him choose between farming and poking. Don't walk into his cleaver line to force a lazy Q; cancel your passive shot for the move speed and sidestep it so he gets nothing for the health he spent. At level 1 you're both weak, so just deny his cleaver-throws and set up your 2-3 poke spike.
