Throw Q (Five Point Strike) from range, cross your Assassin's Mark ring for the empowered auto when she steps up to last-hit, and step off before she can W-leap onto you. The trap is her E (Test of Spirit): if it grabs your spirit, you have to sprint out of tentacle range or eat percent-max-HP slaps — so sidestep the skillshot rather than greeding a melee Q into its range. Farm with the Q tip, bank the level-1 edge, and never walk into where a tentacle could spawn.
