Garen owns levels 1-3 and I have to respect it. His Q both silences and empowers his next strike, so the moment I walk up to last-hit or land my own Q he cuts my cast and out-trades me on raw stats — and I have no Shroud or energy sustain to reset yet. I farm with the tip of my Q at max range for the slow and the energy refund, eat the minimum harass, and never E in: there's nothing to dash onto but a wall of armor, tenacity, and W. Bait nothing here — just hit 4-6 even on CS.
