You have the edge in levels 1-2 with better sustained poke through Seastone Trident procs and Urchin Strike resets, and Akali's all-in only becomes scary once she has Shroud (W) online. Push small trades before she hits level 2 W, and don't get baited into standing still — her Five Point Strike into Shuriken Flip does real damage if you let her set up. Once Shroud is live at level 3 it becomes a near coinflip: she can vanish, reposition, and combo you from stealth, and if you can't track her jump timing she gets a clean burst window.
