At level 1 you only have Q or W — do not step up for trades. Farm with Q tip and accept chip damage; forcing anything before E is online loses you HP you cannot afford to give a Fiora. At level 2 E arrives but Fiora's Riposte is already set to punish your first hook: she will parry the E2 chain or your W lunge, proc the stun back onto you, and cash a vital with you stunned. Spend levels 1-3 probing with Q poke and passive-empowered autos on her walk-ups, not committing the E while Riposte is healthy. Your only real pre-6 trade window opens when you see Riposte burn on a minion or a dodge attempt — then E2-Q-W immediately before it recharges.
