How to win lane as Singed against Zaahen · 53.48% win rate (892 Emerald+ games, lolalytics, sampled July 2026) · Matchup data reviewed on patch 26.15
New-champ respect — proxy + kite, fling his combo.
Track: Zaahen's R — Grim Deliverance (110–80s cooldown). His big cooldown. Kite around it.
Read from Singed's seat: which stage windows this plan plays for against Zaahen.
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Even / skill | Level 1 is a skill check — just Poison Trail ticks and last-hitting on both sides. |
| Level 2 | Zaahen | Level 2 is his: the Glaive recast knockup lands before you have any goo. |
| Level 3 | Even / skill | Level 3 evens out — Mega Adhesive grounds Aureate Rush, his only way in or out. |
| Levels 4-5 | Even / skill | Levels 4-5 stay skill-decided while you farm and proxy for tempo. |
| Level 6 | Even / skill | Level 6 is a wash, but your Grievous Wounds fights his Glaive and ult heals. |
| First item | Singed | At first item your poison itemization and level lead tilt the lane your way. |
| Two+ items | Singed | With 2+ items your unkillable kiting and Fling make you the stronger threat. |
Level 1 is a pure farming check, but respect his level-2 spike: The Darkin Glaive slashes twice, heals him, and recasts into a knockup, so give ground rather than blood. From 3 the goo grounds Aureate Rush — his only dash, 10s at rank 1 — and through 4-5 you run the tempo loop: proxy, farm, run.
