Kayle is genuinely melee and passive before Level 6, so Levels 1-3 are your best window. She will try to Q-slow you and auto from range to deny your approach, but without her ranged form she cannot sustain a full trade against your combo. At Level 2 when W comes online, walk up and bait her Q slow, then immediately E in, W-stun her in place, and fire the full Q chain — she has no real escape tool here and your burst far outpaces her early DPS. Shove the wave hard after a successful trade to deny her passive stacks and set up a repeat all-in or deep-ward denial.
