How to win lane as Quinn against Lucian · 55.94% win rate (774 Emerald+ games, lolalytics, sampled July 2026) · Matchup data reviewed on patch 26.15
Weather the poke — blind his Relentless Pursuit and kite the all-in apart.
Track: Lucian's E — Relentless Pursuit (16–14s cooldown). His dash + reset. Engage when it's down.
Read from Quinn's seat: which stage windows this plan plays for against Lucian.
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Even / skill | His double-shot passive and Q poke genuinely contest your range at level 1 — it's an even ranged duel, not a free Harrier feast. |
| Level 2 | Even / skill | Both of you are spiky but light on tools here; he can still trade back with double-shot, so it stays skill-matched. |
| Level 3 | Quinn | Q-W-E online means you blind his burst and E-Vault in for a Harrier reset — your trade now beats his double-shot. |
| Levels 4-5 | Quinn | You convert the level-3 edge into plates and a shove while his E is your only real escape to track. |
| Level 6 | Quinn | R gives you roam tempo to snowball side lanes; his ult is combat-only and doesn't answer your map pressure. |
| First item | Quinn | Your lethality/crit spike plus the Q blind on his double-shot keeps your trades winning through first item. |
| Two+ items | Quinn | You still own the lane 1v1 here, but close it out — once he reaches lifesteal/crit at 2+ items he flips the fight. |
Levels 1-2 are an honest ranged scrap — his passive double-shot and Q poke actually contest your Harrier autos, so don't walk up for a free auto thinking he's a melee. Trade in short bursts: throw Q to blind his double-shot, then step in for a Harrier-marked auto and back out. Watch his E dash — if he burns it to dodge or reposition, that's your cue.
