Your real window is levels 2-3. Once you have Q and E, look to E him into the lane wall for the stun and follow with Hammer Shock (Q) — your max-HP damage chunks him hard before Maiden exists. Bait out his E mist-ring; if he cages you, walk OUT of it before the inner ring detonates rather than fighting inside it. Do not let ghouls stack on you while you trade — clear them with Q so they stop adding free damage.
