Ziggs just out-ranges everything I have. His Q bounces onto me before I'm in E range, so I'm eating poke every time I step up to last-hit and I cannot punish it — my Q only chunks his max HP if I can actually reach him, and I can't. I farm with the Iron Ambassador buckler pickup for the shield to soak poke, take CS under tower, and refuse to walk into a Q I can't trade back on. There is no level-2 wall-stun window here because he never lets me get close enough to land E.
