Level 1-3 is all yours. Your passive-empowered W stun is point-and-click — Sion has no dash and a slow, telegraphed Q, so you pick when to all-in. Poke with held long-range Q while he last-hits, then at 2-3 commit W-stun into empowered Q. Crucial detail: hold your E to face his charging Q — the directional block makes you untargetable to it and denies the knockup entirely, and you can even cancel his channel by stunning him out of it. Don't let him land a fully-charged Q on you when your E is down.
