Gragas is squishy and immobile pre-6, so the first three levels are yours. At level 1 your W stun damage is point-and-click — there's no dodging it — and at 2 your W+Q burst hurts him before his Q pool sustain can heal it back. Hold E to eat his body-slam (E) and a Q poke, then commit. Don't dump everything into his W damage-reduction window; bait it, then W-stun and empowered-Q him.
