How to win lane as Olaf against Singed · 52.37% win rate over 697 Emerald+ games · Updated 2026-07-27
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Olaf | Your Q-slow into auto plus passive attack speed wins first contact before his poison or W fling can punish you. |
| Level 2 | Olaf | With Q plus E you land a guaranteed true-damage burst his poison tick cannot trade back. |
| Level 3 | Olaf | Q-reset slows let you chain a short all-in and W-omnivamp heals the poison chip he leaves on you. |
| Levels 4-5 | Even / skill | His W fling into the poison trail starts to flip short trades, so it is a coin-flip who wins the window. |
| Level 6 | Even / skill | Ragnarok cleanses his fling and ignores his goo so you can dive, but his sustain may save him from the kill. |
| First item | Even / skill | Your Bramble / Black Cleaver spike pressures him, but his first Rylai's lets him kite the all-in, so it is even. |
| Two+ items | Singed | Full build he flings, slows and runs you down through your true damage while out-healing your omnivamp. |
Singed is one of the few champs who can just walk away from your Q-slow because his base move speed and W goo are so high, so do not throw axes into open ground he can sidestep. Aim Q to land directly on him when he steps up to last-hit, then walk in and stack autos plus an E true-damage tick while your passive attack speed ramps. He has no real early damage besides poison tick, so a clean Q-into-E trade chunks him hard before he can fling you. Watch for him proxying behind your tower instead of fighting.
