Levels 1-3 are yours. Your Q axe slows him so he can't spin-kite away, and once you have E you land a guaranteed true-damage chunk his pre-fury autos can't match. Open trades with Q to stick the slow, then walk in for E and let your passive ramp attack speed as you take a little spin damage back. Don't chase him through his W-slow + dropback without your axe down to pick back up, and respect that his spin heals off fury — short, decisive trades beat him, drawn-out ones feed his sustain.
