At level 1 your Q-slow into an auto wins first contact, and by 2-3 you have Q plus E to land a guaranteed true-damage nuke he simply can't match. Dodge his E (the root primer) so his Q can't follow up; if he burns it on minions, walk up and throw Q, then E him. Don't let his slows kite you off the wave.
