Galio is an immobile melee-range tank with no escape until his W, which is exactly the kind of target Olaf eats. Lead with Q to slow him, then walk up and weave E's true damage in — his base armor and his W damage-reduction shield do nothing against true damage. The one thing to watch is his W taunt: if you all-in while it's up he reduces your damage and locks you walking the wrong way, so bait it or trade when it's on cooldown. His Q wind-blast poke is real but your W omnivamp heals it right back.
