Level 1 is a wash, Galio pokes with Q and his passive auto but neither of us has a kill. Level 2 is my one real window: if I take W or E I have a shield-charged splash auto plus my passive root, so a fast Q-pull into a staggered trade can chunk him before he stacks any MR. The instant he hits Level 3 and has his W taunt, do NOT throw Q into him face-to-face, because he just W-shields and taunts me into his wave while my magic-damage W and E barely register against his already-high MR base.
