He's pure melee with ghouls until 6, so when he steps up to last-hit behind his ghoul line, throw Solar Snare to root him and dump Radiant Volley while he can't reach you. Your 550 range means his ghouls die or get out-spaced; just don't stand in the mist field stacking up free ghoul autos.
