My one tool here is W — Rebuttal eats his E hook and his Q bolt and throws them back, so the whole early game is baiting his E onto my wall. At levels 1-3 I can match his Q poke and even land Solar Snare for a punish, but the moment his E lands I have no dash to escape and his Q-W combo chunks me hard. Never walk up to CS with my W already spent; if his E is down, that's my window to step up, snare, and Q-stack.
