Read from Master Yi's seat: which stage windows this plan plays for against Heimerdinger.
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Heimerdinger | Heimer's Q turrets zone you off the wave from level 1. |
| Level 2 | Heimerdinger | His turret plus Micro-Rocket (W) poke shuts down level 2 completely. |
| Level 3 | Heimerdinger | At level 3 the CH-2 Grenade (E) stun punishes any Alpha Strike dive. |
| Levels 4-5 | Heimerdinger | Levels 4-5 his turret field still out-damages anything you attempt. |
| Level 6 | Heimerdinger | UPGRADE!!! (R) at 6 super-turrets or rocket-waves you off any dive. |
| First item | Heimerdinger | Even at first item his siege and stun keep you behind. |
| Two+ items | Master Yi | Only full crit plus Highlander (R) lets you finally burst through his turrets. |
Heimerdinger hard-counters your early: his H-28 G turrets (Q) zone you off the wave, Micro-Rockets (W) poke you, and any Alpha Strike engage eats a CH-2 Grenade (E) stun into full turret focus — it cancels Meditate too. Soak XP and give up some CS.
