Levels 1-3 belong to Darius and you cannot contest them. You have one ability at level 1, no kite chain, and his Apprehend (E) pulls you straight into Hemorrhage bleed stacks and an empowered Q before your Q move-speed ever ramps. Do NOT walk up to throw a Q in E range — chip last-hits from the very edge of Blooming Blows and eat a little CS loss. The one thing you must dodge is the E pull; if it lands at this level you usually die, because you have no defensive button to survive the Q-passive-empowered burst.
