Level 1 is Rumble's only good window in this lane and it's mine to survive — he has no spammable poke threat beyond Flamespitter, but that AOE chips Skaarl's mount health while I have nothing to all-in with yet, so I just farm and keep my mount bar high. The second I hit level 2 with W (Violent Tendencies) online for the on-hit shots, I flip it: bait his E harpoon, dash through with Jousting, fire my W shots, and yank with Bear Trap (Q) for the percent-HP shred. At 3 the full re-E (E-W-E) combo plus Skaarl's free health bar wins almost any all-in he tries to take — he's a squishy AP bruiser and can't survive my level 2-3 burst.
