Levels 1-3 are the worst part of this lane and you have to respect it. Pantheon's W is a point-click stun, so the instant you step up to last-hit he can stun you, drop an empowered Q spear, and trade you down or flat-kill you — and his Aegis passive blocks your basic autos, so you can't even fight back cleanly. You are still melee, with only Q and one point of W, no escape and no way to punish his all-in. Concede CS, take last-hits at the safe edge of Q range, and do NOT walk into his stun trying to contest. The goal is just to be alive and not 20 CS down at 6.
