Levels 1-2 are an even farm — Cho'Gath has no engage and just wants to last-hit and stack, and I only have Q so I'm not threatening a kill either. The thing I'm fishing for is his Rupture (Q): it's a telegraphed delayed knockup, so I hold W (Path Maker) to charge through it unstoppable rather than eating it. Once I hit 3 and my Q-W combo is online I can W his wind-up, Q3 to knock him up, and win the short trade before he has the HP to shrug it off.
