Level 1 I have only Ntofo Strikes and no engage, so I concede the first level and just farm at Q range — Camille has no reason to commit either with just her Q proc up. By level 2 I take W or E and get safer, and at 3 my Q-W combo is online for my first real trade: if she steps in to last-hit, I can W-charge unstoppable through her poke and Q3 her for the knock-up and pull. The thing to never do is eat her E hookshot stun into the wall — that stun into her Q true-damage proc and W cone is what flips a trade against my low-econ early, so I hold W to answer her engage, not to start one.
