Stand on the wave and fire gate-Q every time he walks up to last-hit — his bombs chip but he has no sustain and no escape, so if he over-steps you swap to Hammer and To-the-Skies + Thundering Blow him under your tower. Do NOT dive past minions onto his Q at even health; bait the Satchel knockback first, then commit the kill.
