Level 1 is his — Tahm Kench just walks up, eats a couple of my autos and stores them as grey health via his passive (An Acquired Taste), so I don't waste my only Q dash trying to trade a tank who regenerates it instantly. I farm with Bladesurge resets off the wave and respect his Q (Tongue Lash): the ramped tongue is a long-range stun that can lock me before my E ever lands. At Level 3 my E (Flawless Duet) blades come online and I get my first real combo — but only commit when his Q is down, or the tongue stun cancels my dash mid-air.
