Cho is a slow, immobile Level 1 — but so are you with one ability and no Quickdraw charge yet, so the first window is a wash: last-hit at range and don't walk up into a free Q-Rupture. Your takeover starts at 2-3. Once you have E-Quickdraw plus Q-End of the Line, dash in, dump the 4-shell point-blank spread, and Bushwhack back out before his Rupture resolves. The one thing to respect is that Rupture — it has a long ground-telegraph delay; sidestep it and Cho has no follow-up burst, and his W-Feral Scream silence only bites if you've overstayed on top of him.
