Respect the first three levels — at level 1 you only have End of the Line and no Quickdraw to reposition, so Fiora just Lunges onto you, stamps a Vital, and procs it with an auto for percent-max-HP true damage that your True Grit armor can't reduce. Don't try to brawl back before your kit is up; last-hit with the tip of End of the Line and your spread shells, and accept the early Vital chip. Once you hit 3 with Quickdraw and Smoke Screen you can finally fight her on your terms: E in for the point-blank 4-shell burst, drop Smoke Screen so her Vital-procing autos and Bladework whiff in the blind, then E back out of her follow-up Lunge.
