Do not chase him; the second I walk up to trade he Flings me back into the trail and the poison ticks me down while he kites away on his move speed. Last-hit with Parrrley (Q) from range, respect that he wants me deep in the wave near his Mega Adhesive (W), and never facecheck for a Fling I can see coming.
