Tahm Kench is one of the few tanks you can genuinely punish early, because at levels 1-3 he has no Thick Skin (E) grey health yet and no An Acquired Taste stacks for his Q stun, he's just a slow melee with a self-heal Q. Strike the marked Vital side with an auto, Q-Lunge, or your E second strike while he's at full HP, and the true damage chunks faster than his early Q-heal can repay. The one thing to respect is his Q (Tongue Lash): once he has 3 passive stacks on you it stuns, so don't burn Riposte (W) on a basic trade, hold it to parry that stunning Q and turn the immobilize back on him for a free duel.
