Walk him down and take short Q-into-Vital trades whenever he steps up to last-hit with his auto. The thing to respect is his Q-Volcanic Rupture pillar — if he lands it on you it knocks you up and can wall off your chase — but if you bait it out, his short cooldowns can't out-damage your Vital sustain at this stage.
