Last-hit with the tip of your Lunge to grab a Vital chip when he steps up, and hold Riposte (W): if you parry his swing-in auto or his Q, you blank the burst and slow him for a free re-trade. Accept some poke early — his Q can't out-damage your Vital sustain once you start landing procs and healing off them.
