He pokes in bursts, you poke forever — survive the early chip and the treadmill out-grinds him.
Track: Teemo's Q — Blinding Dart (7s cooldown). Blinds your autos — trade with spells while it is up.

This is Cassiopeia's own plan; across 322 pooled games the lane is leaning Cassiopeia.
| Stage | Favoured | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | Teemo | Blinding Dart blanks the auto in your Q weave and he kites on passive move speed — last-hit at max Noxious Blast range and don't burn Twin Fang chasing into his auto range. |
| Level 2 | Even / skill | You have two of Q/E now and a prime-into-Twin-Fang trade exists, but his blind-and-kite still trades it back evenly — pick your step-ups from behind the wave. |
| Level 3 | Cassiopeia | The full Noxious Blast into Twin Fang chain plus Miasma on his retreat line comes online — the cloud's slow pins his kite and each Twin Fang refunds its cost on a poisoned Teemo. |
| Levels 4-5 | Cassiopeia | Ranks in Q and E let you fire Twin Fangs faster than his dart-and-auto poke can chip you, and Miasma's slow keeps a dashless Teemo inside your range. |
| Level 6 | Cassiopeia | Petrifying Gaze stuns him mid-kite, Miasma keeps him slowed and poisoned, and refunded Twin Fangs kill a Teemo with no escape — every all-in is now yours. |
| First item | Cassiopeia | Liandry's or Malignance plus Cassiopeia's boots-free move speed makes you a dominant lane DPS — he can't out-poke the treadmill and can't simply walk out of it. |
| Two+ items | Cassiopeia | You out-DPS him in any straight fight all game, but respect Noxious Trap shroom walls — win and end the lane before his splitpush and map control become the real threat. |
Teemo's Blinding Dart is the whole problem at level 1 — it blanks the auto you'd weave alongside Noxious Blast and lets him kite out on his passive move speed, so you farm with the tip of Q and refuse to walk into his auto range for a single creep. The key is the blind does nothing to your spell-based poison: once Noxious Blast is ticking, Twin Fang still fires, and his dart-and-auto chip can't out-sustain your DPS grind. Bait the dart on a fake step-up, and the instant it's down, drop Q on the ground he's standing on and follow with Twin Fang.
