Level 1 is a coinflip — you have one ability, no poison stacking, and if he steps up to Fling you onto his Poison Trail you take real damage before your kit is online. From level 2 you flip it: prime him with Q (Noxious Blast), then E (Twin Fang) detonates the poison for a refunded, near-spammable nuke he can't yet sustain through. Never chase him into his own trail, and use W (Miasma) for the slow and extra poison stack rather than as an escape tool — his Fling is a targeted ability, not a dash, so grounding does nothing to stop it.
