By 2-3 you have Q plus a point in E and you finally out-range his bite: throw Avengerang on cooldown and weave your double-shot passive, but only when his W is down. The instant his E (Hand of the God) is up, respect it — getting stunned means his bite and Q-dash close the gap and you die in melee. Poke when the bite's on cooldown, never when it's up.
