Cassiopeia owns the first three levels here — her Q (Noxious Blast) gives her move speed on hit, so she pokes you off the wave and kites away before you have Shroud to reset in. Don't walk up to trade autos or throw a greedy Q she just sidesteps while her poison ticks you down. Last-hit at the edge of my Q range, eat the chip, and respect her W (Miasma): if it lands it grounds me and I can't E or R away. The lane is behind early but it isn't lethal as long as I don't hand her a kill to snowball her poison lead.
