Do not walk into his Q range to start trades — you will absorb a double proc and a basic auto before your bite even resolves. Take Chomp first and stay back, last-hitting at max range. When he steps up to Q you, sidestep and punish with a single Chomp auto, then back off before the double-shot clips you. You cannot out-trade him in a short burst at these levels; your only edge is that King's Tribute heals you off every dead minion, so small chip damage recovers faster than he expects.
